Registration Desk: Hand out badges and bags for participants
Ambassador/Sergeant of arms: Located in specific spots in the hotel to Direct people to the correct places They will have a map that will show the spaces for breakouts and main events.
Room Captain: For each breakout room, introduce the presenter, count number of attendees in session, make sure technology is working - if not, call hotel IT for help if they can fix it. Thank presenters and give them their thank you bag.
Office: helping with onsite registration, Taking book donations and gift exchange
Hospitality: Make sure hospitality room is set up for the VIP’s
