● A pizza lunch will be provided by the conference in the Rotex conference room.
● Participants are encouraged to stay and network and work, but are welcome to take lunch on their own.

1:15pm – 2:45pm Rotex NA – Is it just a Dream? How can Rotex NA form. Can NAYEN help?
● **NAYEN Hosted Session**
● NAYEN President Elect Lyn Stroshin will present on how Rotex fits into Rotary, RYE, and NAYEN, and how the new organization (Rotex NA) can be multilaterally supported.
● Rotex are encouraged to attend to gain a well-rounded view of the formation of Rotex NA, and the Rotary bodies working to make it a success.

2:45pm – 3:15pm Networking Break
● Free time to network with other Rotex and Rotarians

3:15pm – 4:45pm Self Identification Within Rotex NA and Brainstorming with Breakout Groups
● Find your passion principle within the Rotex NA footprint
● Network with other international Rotex with a similar passion
● Moderators will guide breakout sessions to discuss strategies specific to each task or Pillar
● Have more than one passion? Use your time to engage with multiple breakouts during the 90 minutes.

4:45pm – 5:30pm Networking Break

5:30pm – 6:45pm Review of Brainstorming Activities and Rotex North America Next Steps Rotex Conference Room
● Moderators will have an opportunity to discuss their breakouts with the Rotex audience
● What happens now? After the conference, where do we go? How do we build an organization that not only sustains but flourishes?
● Important dates and opportunities

6:45pm – 8:00pm NAYEN President’s Banquet and/or Dinner on Your Own
● Attendees are encouraged to eat dinner with Rotarians and Rotex, in order to continue networking, and to digest the conversations from the day

8:00pm – 11:00pm Social Time in Rotex Room
● Casual time to network, strategize, and decompress from the long day of meetings
● Attendees are welcome to come and go as they please
● There will be overlap with the NAYEN Mexican Party, so attendees are encouraged to take advantage of both networking opportunities

9:00pm – 11:00pm Mexican Party
● NAYEN social event hosted by the Mexican delegation
● Networking, dancing, and drinking (21+) as desired. All ages welcome to attend. Please bring your ID if you are over 21
